At Atlas Hotel Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The request is made within 7–14 days of delivery
- Products are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items are not custom, clearance, or special-order products
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Bulk or wholesale custom orders
- Clearance or discounted items
- Used or washed products
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
